It seems that the staff are struggling to handle special requests. I ordered a sweet chili twister with a Zinger fillet and Zinger sauce, but each time I got home, I found just a regular sweet chili twister despite the wait for the Zinger fillet. It's very disappointing, especially considering the hassle and cost of driving back to return it. I hope they can improve!

I used to visit this restaurant regularly, but I found the management lacking at that time. However, after the recent renovations, I've noticed significant improvements in both management and service. The wait times have decreased, which is great. The only downside is that the cleaning staff didn't seem to be attentive to the tables, which is something that could be improved. Overall, I really appreciate the new management!

I feel like I've become a regular here; this has truly become my favorite spot in Tzaneen. The ambiance is lovely, and I can't emphasize enough how great the service is—from the owners to the waitstaff and even the two little kids. It's definitely worth every penny. You all are incredible! There have been times when I’ve visited extremely hungry, and they’ve surprised me with an extra portion of food. I don’t even know the chef, but wow! Thank you so much!
