Lekker Vegan Kloof - Modimolle

Went there for dinner last night, got the 222 Lockdown Deal, the Nachos were incredible! I love, love, love the cheese sauce. The burgers weren't as impressive... But there are still many items on the menu I want to go try! Will definitely visit again. In a very vibey part of town, on Kloof street. Parking is a bit of a pain at certain times of day. The restaurant itself is beautifully decorated and has indoor and outdoor seating available. They even have a little selfie light installed where they encourage customers to take a selfie and tag them. Overall a very nice place to go have a meal. Would recommend.

Would definitely recommend Lekker Vegan to those craving vegan fast food. The loaded fries were absolutely delicious. However, downsides were that it was definitely on the pricy side and the service was not great, so I wouldnt recommended sitting down for your meal. Some of the items on the menu were not available

Burgers are very tasty but are SO overpriced and contain Very little actual protein filling. I called and complained, paid again and reordered the same burger and they still gave the same small portions. Spoke to the manager and he told me that is the “standard” size.

Burgers are delicious, personally prefer the options of the huh. the service could really do with something improvement that helped us seem to be in another zone, giving this impression that he helped us.

A few weeks ago, one of my students suggested that we go vegan to lunch in the office. he was initially very heavily rebuked, but because we are a very democratic group, we decided to go with his option of a lekker vegan gatsby. lately we have tried some points as a group, and we were very skeptical of a meatless gatsby. however, r200 later per gatsby, the student rose with 3 gatsby’s. rind meats, we mix and we dig in. I didn't like that, but that's just one thing. the chicken just didn't taste lekker or like huh. but the bark was cool. really nice and fresh salat ingred and the chips were very good. the roll is something else, but it was okay. I told my students that I loved more sauce and they said they could have asked for more sauce, so that no reviews could be reduced. I gave the gatsby a solid 7.5 out of 10 and would recommend that everyone in cpt try to experience it for themselves.
