Love the bowls. I'm gluten intolerant but I didn't used to be and I missed eating subway until I learned of the protein bowl. Not sure if it's certified GF but it's never caused me any problems. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Subway:
When I entered the restaurant, it was very dirty. The waitress was rude and when I pointed out that there was mold on the bread, she tipped it over and tried to continue serving it. I asked her to flip the bread back and informed her that it was moldy. She became angry and refused to replace it. I decided to give this restaurant another chance, but unfortunately, it was still very expensive for what I received and the portions of meat were very small. My cousins and I were disappointed once again. I think I will stick with TOGO'S instead.
Subway on Mc Henry is always a sure thing. Customer service is good and they keep the place clean. Subway is consistent and the price is not bad. Less expensive then Togos. Cunhadana (instagram)DanaC
I placed an online order and was told to pick it up at 6:45 pm. When I arrived at the restaurant, the staff informed me that they were out of baked herb and cheese bread. They only notified me about this issue at around 6:50 pm, causing me to waste a lot of time. I was disappointed that they did not inform me sooner. It would be helpful for them to update their website promptly after an order is placed or indicate that certain items are unavailable.
I experienced a frustrating situation when the online ordering system was not functioning, yet still managed to process my payment. Upon arriving at the restaurant, I was informed by the staff that my order had not been fulfilled and would not be fulfilled, despite payment being accepted.
The lackluster customer service is what stood out the most to me. Here 's the situation: My partner ordered combos on the app ahead of time. Our son and I came to pick it up, was it ready? NO! Then without taking a breath, they told me that our order is probably at the other Subway down the street. He said, people mistake them all the time . I didn 't really belive him, especially since I knew it was supposed to be at this location, next to Hart Floral. Thank God I didn 't drive over there, because it was not there either! After talking with the other store on the phone, I came back inside this Subway and asked again if they had the order. No, they only had one mobile order for a different name. They were looking at me like I 'm the crazy one. We left and went home sans sandwiches! I was already charged, and was not able to get what we ordered. My son was terribly upset and I was pissed! I tried calling several times, no answer. They must be busy, the other store said. I came back with partner, he once again ordered on the app. Except this time, they miraculous received the order and started working on the sandwiches right away. Caveat: even though the app gave an error the 2nd time, NOT the 1st time! WTH?? (What the heck!)They claim they don 't have anything to do with the app. They didn 't apologize or acknowledge the fact that we had already been charged, and now had to pay twice!! They refused to give us the corporate phone number, because they don 't have access to it .The only thing the guy employee did from the time we got there, until the time we left was complain. Oh, except for when he was touting himself as becoming the next assistant manager. Dear Lord, I hope that doesn 't happen!He continues bragging about being late only 2 times, and how he always works through his breaks. Even the customer he told this to was concerned that he was working through breaks! He complained about being tired and that he still had to work until closing time. Then, he asked the other employee if she would send him home. He did all of the complaining loud enough for anyone in the restaurant to hear verbatim. The restaurant was not clean at all! Plus, the soda machine was out of ice. The female employee said they didn 't have any ice in the back. The employees should have cleaned a table or two while there was no one in line, but inside he was fiddling with the containers behind the counter, and she was out of sight in the back.I normally don 't eat sandwiches at Subway, because of dietary restrictions to bread. However, I know how much my son likes it. So, I offered to pick it up on our way home as a nice treat for him. It turned out to be disastrous for me!Summary: Negative attitude/complaining NO ICE for soda Dirty restaurant Messed up ordering system Charged twice!!
