An employee didn't wash her hands or change her gloves while preparing my order. She handled money with the same gloves she had used for the previous customer. To make matters worse, my sandwich wasn't made correctly—I know how much turkey should go on a footlong, and four slices are just not enough. I felt cheated. I won't be returning again!

The management really needs to train their staff on how to t... read more I had an awful experience with customer service at this Subway location. I won't be returning here. The management really needs to train their staff on how to treat paying customers appropriately. The female employees at the front counter had poor attitudes and offered substandard service. They definitely need to improve. It's no surprise that customers aren't inclined to tip your employees.

When I brought this to the staff’s attention, she ignored my concerns and asked me to repeat myself. She claimed there was no manager on duty, and I could sense her condescending attitude. She wouldn’t even give me her name, but I believe she was an Indian woman. All I wanted was either a remake of the sandwich or a refund, but instead, I had to give my lunch away. What a waste, especially since I paid extra for avocado and received only two tiny slices. Just ridiculous!

Despite that, the service was quick, and the staff member was extremely friendly. My sandwich was prepared just the way I liked it, and the restaurant was spotless. Overall, it was a great experience.
