I will not be returning to this KFC location. I live 8 miles away and visited this morning around 11:00 AM. I had to wait 10 minutes because their computers were not operational. I placed an order using a coupon for the 16-piece special and was asked if the sides were included, to which I confirmed they were. However, on my way home after running errands, I realized that my two large orders of coleslaw and mashed potatoes with gravy were not included with my order. I will not be coming back to this restaurant again.
The incompetent staff couldn't manage to get the order correct, even after asking me what I had ordered post-payment. The wait was so prolonged that people started leaving after around 10 minutes, only to be told, "We'll be with you in a minute."
I visited KFC and ordered a meal, but was disappointed to find that I received less than half the usual amount of mashed potatoes. It was frustrating when I opened the box to serve my family of four, only to discover there wasn’t nearly enough.
The order was completely incorrect. On top of that, the food I got was overcooked, very dry, and tasted like it had been reheated rather than fresh. I ended up throwing it away. A total waste of money.
The worst experience every time. Whenever my family goes there, we have to wait almost 20 minutes in their parking lot, and they always forget items from our orders.
