Seriously this jamba on Pelandale is absolutely fabulous!! The manager Hailey is so positive and wonderful..she has an amazingly positive staff and the energy in here is constantly super positive!!! I'm their UPS driver and I am here daily and literally the good energy is consistent I can testify to that LOL so if you got to pick up Jamba pick it up here you will not be disappointed

Went here for a pickup and waited for over 15 minutes under the mobile pickup sign and the staff refused to help me. They would help the people that would walk up behind me but wouldn?t get my order for me. Will not be coming back here.

I visited Jamba this morning to grab my favorite, chunky strawberry smoothie. Unfortunately, my excitement quickly turned to disappointment when I discovered that the bananas were rotten—completely black and unappetizing. It was really unpleasant to taste that. The staff did refund my money, but I felt I had to ask for a complimentary smoothie next time due to the inconvenience. To make matters worse, I noticed fruit flies buzzing around the bananas while waiting for my refund. This experience was just unacceptable. Please, do better with your ingredients and consider sourcing fresher bananas!
