They would help the people that would walk up behind me but wouldn?t get my order for me. Will not be coming back here.

Unfortunately, my excitement quickly turned to disappointment when I discovered th... read more I visited Jamba this morning to grab my favorite, chunky strawberry smoothie. Unfortunately, my excitement quickly turned to disappointment when I discovered that the bananas were rotten—completely black and unappetizing. It was really unpleasant to taste that. The staff did refund my money, but I felt I had to ask for a complimentary smoothie next time due to the inconvenience. To make matters worse, I noticed fruit flies buzzing around the bananas while waiting for my refund. This experience was just unacceptable. Please, do better with your ingredients and consider sourcing fresher bananas!
