Just very honest dishes: home made! And including a bottle of wine we paid 50 Euro. There is no menu, only a list of prices per kind of dish, but one gets explained the options! Recommended!

Authentic restaurant, only Italian people, very nice waitress, excellent food and good prices. Paid 3 euro for this desert. Wow! Fresh and Homemade pasta, delicious apetaizers with home salami, Parma ham and lots of genuine dishes. The main corse also are respecting the tradition. Guanciale di Maiale arrosto con patate its really superbe! Dessert homemade with lots of love! Its really a good choice, strongly sugggested.

The place was hard to find but it sure was worth the effort. The pasta was the best we have had and it is all home made in their kitchen. The late Great Pavarotti ate here when he came back home to Modena. There is no menu and the waiter (owner's son who spoke some English) listed the first course and after finishing the first course, he listed the second course. Both courses (Pasta and Meat) were local dishes and the best we have had. The trattoria was full of local workers and families. We recommend this place highly and we will be back every time we come to Modena.
