Helpful and friendly staff. One of the rare places that are open during Settisemana. Ordnete the Ravioli with Ricotta and Radicchio, which went elegantly served with the gorgonzola sauce. A dry Lambrusco, surprisingly fizzy and tart on the side finished the meal. Around 17€ for my meals were just right and filled. Recommended!
The waiter was very friendly, and patiently all local specialties on the menu for us. He could also recommend a nice wine pairing for our meal. We went at 8:00 and were lucky to get one of the last free tables. The prices seemed quite reasonable to me. Three of us had a common appetizer, pasta plate, a bottle of wine, a large salad plate and desserts for 70 €. The food itself was excellent. We started with some tortelli fritti: small dumplings filled with mortadella and cheese. The pasta plates were the real star of the show, although: I stole a bite of anger from my wife's plate. The meat sauce was excellent, and the Tagliatelle it came to look with a distinctive made in the house. I had the tortelloni and they were delicious. Beautiful filling of herbs and cheese, with a savory sauce in the middle you could coat up. The garden salad has a beautiful mix of sweet and bittersweet greens, and has sprinkled a generous support of Parmigiano cheese and Pancetta. You will also get a beautiful local Balsamico vinegar to drop up. We're done with a nice little cheesecake. It was really nice and fluffy, and topped with fresh berries and currants my guess is made with mascara. All in all, we had a great dinner experience, and I am grateful to the waiter that he took the time out of his shift to explain the menu of a group of hungry tourists!
It was a lovely place for a meal and nice coffee and they don't have a cover charge like all the others out in the town.
