I waited over an hour for a hamburger and then found out it had not been entered into the system by the staff member whom had taken the order, the same staff me... read more I waited over an hour for a hamburger and then found out it had not been entered into the system by the staff member whom had taken the order, the same staff member who must have walked past me 10 times during that hour without bothering to check that things were OK. During that time one other staff member did stop to clear a crisps packet from the table but didn’t think to ask me whether I would like another drink despite my glass having been empty for around half an hour. To the manager’s credit I was not charged for that drink but this place really needs a service shake-up. Staff need to be taught to be more proactive with customers who are waiting and to watch for obvious signs of agitation or annoyance.

The environment is a littl... read more Honestly I did not expect to eat so well in such a kiosk, instead I was pleasantly impressed. Really very good pizza and great drink. The environment is a little chaotic and too hot, but it is normal on a Saturday night. Same for parking. Very kind and well-educated staff, especially the tall and curly guy who served us, the girl with piercing and the guy who took care of our drinks. Thank you very much for the courtesy and sympathy. While other employees a little less, I would avoid excessive sarcasm and think instead of the customer care. In general, an excellent experience.
