They were claimed to be the best in the area around the block... read more We were recommended here by our hotel (Best Western Milano) next door, unaware they were partners. They were claimed to be the best in the area around the block, but after discovering the partnership it raised a red flag. The food overall was average at best with half of the main plates over-salted or drenched in too much sauce (we were a party of 5 and got 6 plates). Mixed antipasto plate and mixed tortellini were good, avoid the gnocchi and steak. Service was poor and inattentive. Did not serve main plates together, and was about 30 minutes between antipasti and primi/scondi. Overall would recommend here if you are tired and living nearby. Otherwise venture 6 minutes to the piazza and try something else.

Mistakes happen and it would have maybe been ok if they apologized, but the waiter told the table of 10 who all saw the live moving worm that it was not a worm and just cheese. He argued and tried to give the food back. Terrible dirty food and bad service!
