We were passing through Modena looking for somewhere to have lunch and found this restaurant. We sat outside in the sunshine and had lasagne and spaghetti which were both excellent. With drinks and coffees the bill came to just under €24.
We arrived very late for lunch and were made very welcome by our host. The ravioli with a spinach and radish was his mothers recipe and was great. We then had a orecchiette pasta with a simple tomato, onion and garlic sauce which was fresh, aldente and just right. To finish our host suggested beautiful tarts to have with our coffee. Wow what a day, Ferrari museum in the morning then a fabulous lunch in the old part of Modena in the afternoon.
