Seconds later, I wa... read more Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Upon arrival I was asked if I am “solo” and then pointed to a table for four. Seconds later, I was unceremoniously joined by some fella, who didn’t ask me anything, just sat next to me and started browsing the menu. Well, I got up and moved to another empty table. Immediately a waiter appeared and asked me if I am “solo”. Upon confirmation, he ordered me to vacate this table and move back. I tried to explain that I want to sit alone there were at least a dozen empty tables in the room, none of them “reserved” or anything. With a blank face, he just replied “no capito”. I said okay and went for the door, followed by a mocking welcoming gesture by a waiter. I have been in many places in Italy, but I have never seen such a rude behavior. Hope this place won’t become a first experience of Italian hospitality for someone new to the country. But even if you have been here dozens of times, you’d do well to give this establishment a widest berth possible
