I lived in the suite for almost 10 months with my family so we were in 4. new structure, convenience for the bar restaurant on the ground floor, in the 200 mete... read more I lived in the suite for almost 10 months with my family so we were in 4. new structure, convenience for the bar restaurant on the ground floor, in the 200 meters around the residence there is bank, oven, fruit and vegetables, butcher, hairdressers, tobacco, newsstand, cosmetics, conad 500 m and its distributor. less than 1 km from the ring road and 10 minutes from the centre of modena. weak points: the suite has bedrooms without closets, to walk in it you have to bend because they develop up to about 1m height, the beds are very uncomfortable. in the bathroom there are only two drawers, in the dining room there is only a small medium wardrobe with 4 doors, the kitchen stove is 30 cm x 50 cm with a sink to a small bathtub. I struggled to cook because you can only smell small pots and in 4 is sacrificed. the suite did not find it at my cleaning standards, beautiful terrace with wonderful countryside views and wonderful sunsets 12 months a year, but unfortunately always full of smell of the drains of the restaurant kitchen. the structure is new, but the finishes are modest, it is convenient for both heating in winter and cooling in summer. the residence formula is comfortable because in the rental costs are included utilities. I recommend entering well in the bedrooms, look well stove top and sink, small refrigerator and freezer, look well the bathroom for the esteem of the spaces. Regardless the hotel deducted the full amount of booking no matter that we asked there support and advices regarding the travelling conditions! After 2 days I visited them and asked for refund or stay another day . No possible agreement from their side ! Worst management from their side !!
