Taco Bell - Mocksville

They forgot nothing this time, everything was done well and right. they will be better, new nighttime is great. super nice window people.

Ordered my food then asked to pull to door to wait........gave me wrong order-kids in car so have to pull back through drive thru, 2 cars at window!!!!! 10 min to get to window, Double time now waiting on food .... Horrible

I don't like this taco bell. We walk in and off the top we have to order food off a laptop while 5 staff members stare and wait to make it. No personal service or communication. Then I get the food and it looked like someone stepped on it before it was served. I was highly disappointed and won't be returning to it. Not all taco bells are bad but this one was no good in my opinion. I wouldn't recommend this one to anyone.

I ordered from here four times and every time they have got my order wrong I ordered the steak nachos plate and I got it is in a burrito instead they always get my drink wrong bad customer service they never answer the phone just a bad place to eat I will not be coming back and to think that I used to work there

Normally no issues with this place, but I have to say that I was beyond upset with them tonight. I work 3rd shift and stopped by on my way to work to pick up some lunch. There were only 2 cars sitting at the window of the drive-thru. When I went to place my order the lady asked me to hold on for just a minute. 15 minutes later I'm still sitting there waiting for her to take my order. I said Hello several times with no response, so I drove off and am now stuck at work with no lunch. Not impressed at all.
