I've been a loyal customer of Sheetz for years and usually love getting my energy drinks there. However, I had a frustrating experience trying to order food through the mobile app. It was disappointing to wait a long time for my order, even after I was told it would be ready. A little communication about being short-staffed would have been appreciated, but instead, the manager just rolled her eyes when I inquired about the status of my burger. I was informed there were 20 orders ahead of mine, despite being directed to where my food should be if it was ready. As someone who doesn’t frequently order made-to-order food, I wasn’t aware there was a specific area for mobile app pickups. My order was supposed to be ready at 5:26 PM, but I didn’t receive any updates until 5:50 PM, over 20 minutes later. It was frustrating to be treated like a child in that situation.
The service was terrible! We waited over an hour for cheese sticks and fries.
Lower grade now.. they dint care if it's a dirty mess. Seldom is product restocked.. SHEET USED TO BE great,, now it's a run down septic tank.. Mocksville Used to be best location. Now it's dirty, trash cans overflow,pumps don't work. The app is one ofthe worst food order apps available. Please get it back together
Deserves 0 stars. Extremely slow. Ordered a hotdog with boom boom sauce onions, they gave me a hotdog with ketchup and mustard, no boom boom sauce.
Clean restrooms. Easily accessible. Variety of food items.
