The food was old. The burger was definitely cooked earlier, and the then left to dry out for a while. The fries were horrible. No straw for drink. They said they were out. Staff was friendly.
The kids working at this location are rude. It takes thirty minutes for one order of chicken nuggets. Absolutely ridiculous!
The cashier never gave me one of my drinks that was ordered she was so busy talking to the other employees that she didn’t even realize that she didn’t give me my whole order, I spent over 30 minutes waiting on her to fix my drink only to find out that the machine was broken and when I requested a refund I was told that I had to speak with a manager. When I called the store to try to explain the situation the manager brushed me off and said that it would take a couple of days depending on my bank and as I proceeded to ask should I call back if the funds aren’t returned the manager hung up in my face. I am highly dissatisfied with the unprofessionalism from the manager and employee and I seriously doubt that I will ever patronize this location again.
Well, sometimes the staff is ok. It really depends on who is on the crew that day. The question is, do they really care if your order is filled or whether their personal problems need to be solved on the phone???? If no one seems to care, your wait will be longer than anticipated. Orders have to be double checked because what's on the receipt, may not be what's in the bag. Customer service is definitely not high on the priority list.
