The situation in the city is quite frustrating. The cashier who worked the drive-thru on August 27, 2022, at 11:00 was extremely rude and really lacked any customer service skills. I decided to leave because I didn't want to spend my money at a place where the manager treats customers poorly. In my opinion, if they don't enjoy their job, they should consider finding something else.

I attempted to order a salad but was informed that they didn't have any. I checked with other nearby places before heading out, and they all offered salads. It seems this restaurant was just too lazy or unwilling to prepare them! That's really disappointing if it's true!

If I could give this place a 0 star rating I would. They had no salads and no frosty's. The lady taking my husbands order cut him off before he could even finish. She was extremely rude and barely said 2 words to him when he picked up his food. Also asked for a receipt and crackers for the chili both of which we did not receive. Then I get home to this. If I'm paying for the food, I expect it to be full. This place is a joke.

I don?t eat a lot fast food but Wendy?s for the most puts out fresh hot food.

Had $3 breakfast deal, it was super good for a week, 2weeks later ordered the same potato wedges sausage/egg/swiss but now the cheese was like a little bit of a cream sauce and not a slice, not as good as the first week it was advertised.
