Subway - Mobile

Tried the Philly steak sandwich ???? I really liked it. Will try again.

By 8:00pm, the restaurant had closed. My family and I were in a hurry and needed a quick meal. Our children enjoy the cheese pizza from Subway, so we ordered two of them to go. Despite the open sign being on and the door being unlocked, we were turned away when we tried to enter because they were closed. The food was still sitting outside and the cooler was open for food preparation, but we were still not allowed in. I just wanted a simple meal, but they only offered to heat up a frozen pizza in a toaster for a minute and then serve it to us. It was disappointing to see how selective the restaurant was in choosing who they wanted to serve.

When I arrived at the restaurant, the employee was sitting in her car outside. She later came in and was rude, choosing to wait on other customers who arrived after me.

Although the staff at the restaurant were exceptional and successfully handled our large order, the bread was tough and failed to impress any of my coworkers.

This is my favorite Subway location. There is a young man working there who impressed me with his resilience and poise during a challenging interaction with another customer. He also takes great care in preparing the food. I would be willing to travel even if this location were not close to me.
