What is the point in placing an online pick up order when you get to the pick up and it’s not even been started on? This has happened more times than I would care to admit however this is insane. It’s beats the purpose of ordering online. If I wanted to wait for my food I would have came into the store to place an order.
Went into this location for a sandwich on 3/7/24 around 7:30. Waited for some time, as it was really busy. Finally placed my order for my sandwich requested extra pickles. There were only literally about 6 in the pan left, so I asked the young lady making my sandwich if she could get more she said no, it would be a while before she could get some (as if she had to go in the back cut the pickles herself). I have worked fast foods a long time ago these things literally come in a bag that you merely open pour into a container!! The young man working asked her did she want him to go get some she said no. The young lady was really nasty about MY sandwich that I was paying $11 for. She threw my sandwich to the young man ringing up the order. Employees are getting worse worse by the day, with the nastiest attitudes! Someone needs to train her again on customer service.
Its a subway which sometimes they are great depending on their staff. This one just depends on who is working.
