The owner was quite rude to my mother and me while we were trying to order subs. She also directed uncomfortable glares toward me and another customer for no clear reason. To make matters worse, she refused to accept our coupons as we had presented them. All in all, I left feeling very disappointed.

However, when I arrived to pick up my food, the restaurant was closed, despite having already charged my card. The next day, July 5th, I returned to the restaurant to ask for a refund, but it was closed again. Finally, on Wednesday, I was able to speak with someone who told me to come in, and they would either prepare my sandwich or issue a refund. When I arrived at the restaurant, they refused to make my sandwich or process the refund, insisting that I would have to wait 3-5 days for the refund or dispute the charge with my bank. This has been the worst experience I've ever had with Subway in the 15 years I’ve been a customer.
