What User doesn't like about Starbucks:
I have never been informed by a Starbucks employee that I need to request steamed milk for my cold coffee. I don't understand how half a shot can make hot coffee taste cold. This was the worst customer experience I've ever had. View all feedback. What User likes about Starbucks:

Jimmy provided great ordering service. Black coffee was intense, perhaps too strong. Options were great. Dead fly in food display cabinet was off-putting.
Clean. Friendly staff. They remade coffee for me because I asked less caramel, just within a minute. Everything was perfect!

I ordered an iced coffee and it was weak and barely tasted of coffee. Really disappointing. Looked like an iced tea.
