I have never been informed by a Starbucks employee that I need to request steamed milk for my cold coffee. I don't understand how half a shot can make hot coffee taste cold. This was the worst customer experience I've ever had. View all feedback.
Jimmy provided great ordering service. Black coffee was intense, perhaps too strong. Options were great. Dead fly in food display cabinet was off-putting.
Clean. Friendly staff. They remade coffee for me because I asked less caramel, just within a minute. Everything was perfect!

The nicest treatment I've had at a Starbucks. Convenient location.
I ordered an iced coffee and it was weak and barely tasted of coffee. Really disappointing. Looked like an iced tea.
