Went today for lunch and got an order to go. I did the chicken sliders with a salad. Salad bar was clean and fresh. Love all the choices it has. Tater tots were excellent! Sliders were good but a bit dry. Very little sauce. Bartender did a great job! The seats at the bar are fixed and very confining. View all feedback.

This was the worst experience! When we first walked in they acted like they didn’t want to greet us. We sat down and nobody came for like 15 minutes. The table beside us stated they hadn’t had their food for a hour. We ordered a tea and our spinach dip came out very cold and lumpy. Went today for lunch and got an order to go. I did the chicken sliders with a salad. Salad bar was clean and fresh. Love all the choices it has. Tater tots were excellent! It was good, salmon had good flavor but it was just too plain. Margarita was great. The shrimp fondue tasted like cheesy popcorn which it was weird but it was ok. Best thing was salad bar like always and the drinks.
We came on a night when Ruby Tuesday's closed at 10 pm. Actually my family arrived about 9:40 pm. However, my server treated my family and I as if we came at a normal eating time. We also ate a free dessert (key lime cake to be exact surrounded with whipped cream) as well as free complimentary salad bar. The total cost of the meal was $10.00 Meaningless to say, my family ate well and our night ending magnificently.
My daughter and I had lunch here, and we absolutely loved it! Our waitress was friendly, attentive, and always had a smile on her face. We even joined in singing along to the music, which added to the fun. It truly brightened our day! The food was delicious, and the portions were generous. We couldn't finish our meals and ended up taking some home in boxes. We’re definitely planning to stop by again soon!
The entrees were good but the service was horrible. The waitress never introduced herself to our table. The waitress never brought out biscuits to our table. She never did drink refills. Our food was served to us by a young lady that had the pink eye. An alcohol beverage was ordered and was to be served with the entree. The entree was served but the beverage never made it to the table. We were never asked if we wanted dessert. We were immediately asked if we were ready for the check. We had to ask if we could order dessert and the biscuits that had never been brought out to our table. The Apple Crumble Skillet was hard as a rock. We did talk to the manager that was very sweet and professional. The manager did in fact apologize for the service and discounted our meal.
