I thank them for the miracle service and the review of ourselves if it took a while. the mango lemonade and the food were wonderful. my drink was recommended to my waiter. ruby Tuesday prices are decent and they have great deals. thank you, I enjoyed my meal and my service.

Some friends and I always m... read more Some friends and I went there just before Christmas. I wanted to wait till he got over what happened. So I’m ready to talk about it. Some friends and I always meet at Ruby Tuesday’s before Christmas in December it’s one of the times we get together. We see each other or talk to each other all year long. In past years this place has been fantastic great food, great service, you really couldn’t ask for more. This was our last year there we all decided that. The service wasn’t bad. But a friend of mine she ordered two separate dishes and both of them had hair in them are on the plate. The hair on the plate was wrapped around it and anybody serving it or putting the food on the plate should’ve been able to notice it just pure neglect on their part. The manager came up to apologize. But it took us a while to realize it was the manager the way he was dressed and acted when he came up we thought he was one of the ones who clean the tables he didn’t look like a manager. He did offer to make it right but it was too late. The other three of us we finished our meal. But the entire time I was eating mine I was wondering if I was going to find a hair or something else on my dish or I should say on my food. Usually it past times and Christmas the place is always crowded and stays that way this year the weekend before Christmas that place was nearly empty. I was sorry that everything turned out like it was because we always enjoyed it. But this place has gone down over the past year and we won’t be back.

It was... read more I loved my meal; it exceeded my expectations. We ordered some appetizers and used a connection coupon, which got us a free burger and unlimited lemonade. It was a fantastic opportunity to sample the food and see what the restaurant was all about. The dining experience was great, and I can't wait to return to try the salads that everyone raves about. I absolutely loved it!

We actually caught her singin... read more My daughter and I stopped here for lunch and we loved it! Our waitress was friendly, attentive and always had a smile on her face! We actually caught her singing along with the music! Awesome! That alone put a huge smile on our faces! The food was great and with big portions. My daughter and I could not finish our meal and had to get boxes to go. We're going to make a point to stop by again in the near future.
