Ruby Tuesday - Mobile

Amanee, our waiter on 1st juli 2019. I thank them for the miracle service and the review of ourselves if it took a while. the mango lemonade and the food were wonderful. my drink was recommended to my waiter. ruby Tuesday prices are decent and they have great deals. thank you, I enjoyed my meal and my service.

It was good, salmon had good flavor but it was just too plain. Margarita was great. The shrimp fondue tasted like cheesy popcorn which it was weird but it was ok. Best thing was salad bar like always and the drinks.

Went today for lunch and got an order to go. I did the chicken sliders with a salad. Salad bar was clean and fresh. Love all the choices it has. Tater tots were excellent! Sliders were good but a bit dry. Very little sauce. Bartender did a great job! The seats at the bar are fixed and very confining.

Some friends and I went there just before Christmas. I wanted to wait till he got over what happened. So I’m ready to talk about it. Some friends and I always meet at Ruby Tuesday’s before Christmas in December it’s one of the times we get together. We see each other or talk to each other all year long. In past years this place has been fantastic great food, great service, you really couldn’t ask for more. This was our last year there we all decided that. The service wasn’t bad. But a friend of mine she ordered two separate dishes and both of them had hair in them are on the plate. The hair on the plate was wrapped around it and anybody serving it or putting the food on the plate should’ve been able to notice it just pure neglect on their part. The manager came up to apologize. But it took us a while to realize it was the manager the way he was dressed and acted when he came up we thought he was one of the ones who clean the tables he didn’t look like a manager. He did offer to make it right but it was too late. The other three of us we finished our meal. But the entire time I was eating mine I was wondering if I was going to find a hair or something else on my dish or I should say on my food. Usually it past times and Christmas the place is always crowded and stays that way this year the weekend before Christmas that place was nearly empty. I was sorry that everything turned out like it was because we always enjoyed it. But this place has gone down over the past year and we won’t be back.

The entrees were good but the service was horrible. The waitress never introduced herself to our table. The waitress never brought out biscuits to our table. She never did drink refills. Our food was served to us by a young lady that had the pink eye. An alcohol beverage was ordered and was to be served with the entree. The entree was served but the beverage never made it to the table. We were never asked if we wanted dessert. We were immediately asked if we were ready for the check. We had to ask if we could order dessert and the biscuits that had never been brought out to our table. The Apple Crumble Skillet was hard as a rock. We did talk to the manager that was very sweet and professional. The manager did in fact apologize for the service and discounted our meal.
