Went through drive thru today and ordered a double cheeseburger fries. Had a craving. Normally I don?t eat fast food! Burger fries were cold. Went in restaurant to have them redone. Heard the burger maker complaining about having to remake the burger,which was even colder than the first one. The new fries were unsalted and room temp. This morning we went to have breakfast at the restaurant. We enjoyed our meal together and my 9-year-old daughter and I even danced in the lobby!

The interior of this restaurant has recently been updated, making it very nice. However, the service is terrible. The drive-thru line was backed up, so I parked and went inside. There was one person in front of me and two behind me. The person in front of me placed their order and stepped aside to wait. I placed my order (a chicken nugget Happy Meal and three frozen sprites) and waited, as did the two people behind me. The first person received their order in about 5 minutes, but I continued to wait. More people came in, but there was no one at the counter to take orders. Another customer waited a long time to place their order. I spoke up after waiting for 25 minutes, and they realized they had skipped over my order. The second lady who complained about her incorrect order received a Frappuccino instead of the chocolate shake she had ordered. This store consistently gets orders wrong, and the night shift is a joke. I only go to this store because it is convenient for me and my granddaughter likes Happy Meals. Otherwise, I would never choose to eat here.
This is the best McRib I've had during my travels through Alabama and Mississippi. The sandwich came with hot and crisp fries, and they even gave me a free drink while I waited. That's what I call excellent customer service. Thank you to the staff for the great experience!
One of the best and most peculiar aspects of McDonald's is that the food consistently tastes the same every time I visit, regardless of how long it's been. However, the restaurant is often understaffed, causing the service to be painfully slow despite the hard work of the few employees on each shift. This has been a consistent issue at every location I've visited in the past year.
