I know she had worked from the morning to the evening and she was as vibrant and as welcoming as one could be. I thoroughly enjoy KFC, however, it is because of Latanya’s positive attitude and customer centric approach that I will become a repeat customer. Thanks Latanya!

This place has reached the avoid at all cost ratings. eat tastes over warmed. the service is excellent in a time, but terrible the most time. they probably have... read more This place has reached the avoid at all cost ratings. eat tastes over warmed. the service is excellent in a time, but terrible the most time. they probably haven't opened the dining room because they're ashamed. before they closed the deck, the floors and tables were dirty and the buffet was ignored. it was terrible at the time and worse now. When I'm over there, I'm always surprised to see it open. no customers, but it's open. if it remains, it won't be long opened. who owns the franchise does not react to complain. I can only assume they don't care.

Additionally, I'm puzzled as to why they have such a large restaurant when only the drive-thru is in use. It's been a while since the COVID pandemic ended, yet we still can't walk into the KFC lobby.
