The greeting was wonderful and our waiting time was minimal. the dining area and the bathroom were exceptionally clean. our waitress got our order wrong and lef... read more The greeting was wonderful and our waiting time was minimal. the dining area and the bathroom were exceptionally clean. our waitress got our order wrong and left several items. the food was fantastic, although the waitress only checked for drinks refills after serving appetizers and entrées, where 4 empty jars had sat for 15 minutes. very recommend this situation and hope that this was an isolated incident.

However, management only scheduled three waitresses on a busy Saturday with major football games, which was a big oversight. Customers ended up waiting 45 minutes or more, even though the hostess estimated 15 to 20 minutes. The three waitresses were clearly overwhelmed.

Mya, the bartender, is incredibly sweet, attentive, and engaging—she's definitely a great reason to visit this location. During the fights, Ashley served me and was equally attentive, ensuring I was fully satisfied. Both Mya and Ashley truly deserve high praise for their dedication. On a different note, the disruptive behavior of a silly 55-year-old man throwing things at people will no longer be tolerated here. The Hooters menu offers a great variety, making each visit enjoyable.
