And wa... read more Decided to try Culver's after a friend recommended it. I ordered 1 Butterburger Cheese and 1 RootBeer Shake. I paid and pulled up and waited. And waited. And waited. After more than 30 minutes (and 5-6 cars served behind me), i parked and went inside fora refund. I would give 0 stars if it was possible. Will not be returning anytime soon.

The patty on burger was literally flat and the onions were super thick. I basically had an onion burger. The patty on my chicken sandwich was the same patty youget from a Tyson pack of chicken patties. The shake was good. Everything else was not good at all.

Food was okay, cheese curds were awesome, burger would have been better if I got to eat it warm, but it wasn?t warm because we waited 15 min for the food and th... read more Food was okay, cheese curds were awesome, burger would have been better if I got to eat it warm, but it wasn?t warm because we waited 15 min for the food and they got something small on our order wrong, so we waited 25 extra minutes in line (we were eventold to move up twice) for them to remake it before I went inside to check on it; apparently it was forgotten about. 2 starsinstead of 1 since the manager and one of the staff were very friendly and helpful, I MIGHT go back in the future thanks tothose cheese curds and how quickly the manager fixed the issue but stay out of the drive through, it?s a trap.

I would think that t... read more The service was very friendly, however the wait time was a little ridiculous. It took 30+ minutes to get their ?Flavor of the Day? custard. I would think that they would have their flavor of the day ready to go, but apparently not. Food was out quick,and it was pretty good. However I don?t want to wait over half an hour for 2 scoops of ice cream.

Over abundance of slightly seasoned French fries.Service is excellent. I has coleslaw hanging outside of the container. It was replaced with anapology from the staff. Over all value with this meal was poor. Best to have their burgers, cheese curds and amazing custard.Will do that next time.
