This is my favorite fast-food spot, but they really need to improve their food preparation timing and manage their staff's behavior better in front of customers. I was stuck in line with four other cars and it took 15 minutes to get my food. View all feedback.

Not sure what the problem is with employees at checkers in Mobile but everyone I go to they all have bad attitudes. Starting to think its the company because it's hard to believe everybody always on the edge for no reason. I just wanted some tenders wtf????? View all feedback.
The burger and fries were excellent. The service was friendly and courteous, although it was somewhat slow.
The customer service was excellent, the food was freshly prepared, and the wait time was minimal—definitely not the case every time!
I got the oldest mothercruncher that they can find in the store after I waited 10 minutes for my fish sandwich! Please don't go to this place they don't care about the food you eat.
I don't go to fast food places often but decided to go. The vanilla shake was good, the funnel cake fries were amazing and the lady at the drive thru window was really nice.
I really only enjoy their fries when they're freshly cooked and served hot. Unfortunately, during my last few visits, the slush machine hasn't been working.
