I really only enjoy their fries when they're freshly cooked and served hot. Unfortunately, during my last few visits, the slush machine hasn't been working.
I got the oldest mothercruncher that they can find in the store after I waited 10 minutes for my fish sandwich! Please don't go to this place they don't care about the food you eat.
I don't visit fast food restaurants frequently, but I decided to stop by this time. The vanilla shake was excellent, the funnel cake fries were outstanding, and the woman at the drive-thru was very friendly.
The burger and fries were outstanding. The staff was friendly and polite, though the service was a bit on the slow side.
The customer service was outstanding, the food was freshly made, and the wait time was very short—definitely not something you find every time!

This is my go-to fast-food place, but they really need to work on their food preparation speed and manage their staff's behavior better in front of customers. I waited in line with four other cars, and it took 15 minutes to receive my order.
The food is always served hot when I place my order! I really enjoy the Fully Loaded Fries, but I think the Fully Loaded Garlic Parmesan is even better!

I'm pretty sure they had only 1 person working when I went through the ride thru, because it took 20 minutes from the time I got until the time I got (finally! my food.... definitely NOT fast food! Also my order was wrong cheese on my burger when I asked for nothing and nothing but chili on my hot dog when I also asked about mustard and onions. I don't blame anyone except the owner of this facility because he/she should rent and SCHEDULE more workers. That makes me think that the owner would rather pack his profits instead of investing in the wageroll. It's a shame because this greed will only hurt her business in the long run. Smh!
Young man at the window like an hour ago did absolutely great and got my family's difficult order perfect. This far the food has always been great too. Great fast food experience after the fair.
Checkers hits a nostalgic kind of flavor for anyone who enjoyed it while young. Unfortunately their food seems to be highly underrated. I know during pregnancy all I wanted was their spicy chicken sandwich, but I lived in Aurora Colorado at the time and I don?t believe they had one out there so I can?t tell you how many I?ve tried to visit. This one definitely does a great job when it comes to the taste of the food I remember. I?ve been to this location now twice, and the 2nd time the worker messed up the order literally two times in a row. And it was simple? NO RANCH. She had such a poor attitude that I will continue to take my time between visits. Or I?ll head to another location.
Terrible service, food was cold and not good as it is usually. I had a bad day for choosing the checkers for lunch. No one was on the line.
Not sure what the problem is with employees at checkers in Mobile but everyone I go to they all have bad attitudes. Starting to think its the company because it's hard to believe everybody always on the edge for no reason. I just wanted some tenders wtf?????
