Ordered from here through UberEats on 3/31: a spicy chicken sandwich and a medium fry. Delivery was perfect; my food came in a sealed bag. I got halfway through my fries and saw a fly stuck to the bottom of the container. I got a refund from UberEats. Icalled the restaurant and told them about it. They left me on hold for 27 minutes before they finally hung up on me without aword. In conclusion, don?t eat at this location.
Sat in line 20 min behind a car that hat a big order under stood ok but then told us this line closed now we have to drive around mind u we just sat 20 min then to be told drive around to order on the other side then get behind a car again like shedid not care
I've been going to this restaurant since I was a child, and I've always been a fan of their chicken sandwiches, particularly the spicy one. They truly are the best sandwiches out there! I really hope they bring back the Big Chicken.
They closed early, even though their posted hours say they're open until 12. It felt like they were just being lazy and didn't want to take any more orders.
Absolutely awful! It takes between 30 to 45 minutes to get your food. There are only two staff members on duty, and the food is poorly put together for no obvious reason. The customer service is also inadequate. If you don’t want to work in fast food, then why take a job at Checkers?
