Went and ordered a #2 with ketchup/lettuce only, NO CHEESE. The wait was Hella long, the lobby was really hot. The AC must be out because they had a fan blowing on the employees. Waited all that time, checked my burger and what do you know?? Full ofcheese!! The receipt read only ketchup and lettuce, but she did NOT put no cheese, so of course the person making my sandwichput cheese on it. ????
Dining room was dirty, bathrooms was dirty, drink machine was broken, food tasted old and nasty, waste of money! I didnt even eat my food....I will not come back to this location.
My experience took a downturn when my wife visited for breakfast. She found out that they no longer offered biscuits and gravy, or any biscuits for that matter. Instead, she opted for croissant sandwiches filled with egg, cheese, and sausage. Unfortunately, it appeared that the croissants had been overcooked in the microwave, making them tough and flavorless. I’ve never encountered such a hard croissant before; it was truly a disappointing culinary experience. Overall, the food was expensive and fell short in quality. If you're looking to pay a premium for mediocre food, this might be the place for you.
I anticipated better service given that they pay their staff $15 an hour. Unfortunately, my order was incorrect, and the food did not meet my expectations. This was my first visit, and it will certainly be my last.
The food I enjoyed was quite delicious, though my order wasn't completely correct. I had requested the 2 for $4 mix and match, choosing one biscuit and one croissant, both with bacon. Instead, I ended up with one that had bacon and the other with sausage. Additionally, the biscuit I received was missing its bottom half, which was a bit disappointing. However, it wasn’t too much of an issue for me since I’m not a fan of sausage anyway. On a positive note, I really appreciated the fresh, hot hash browns they served. The cashier at the window was also very friendly and polite.
