A recent visit to a renovated Burger King has highlighted a spectrum of customer experiences at this fast-food establishment. Patrons have noted both exceptional service and significant pitfalls. While some enjoyed prompt, friendly interactions and hot, fresh food, others encountered confusion with orders and subpar food temperatures. Despite noted improvements in cleanliness and ambiance, ongoing renovations brought distractions, such as noise and heat in certain areas. Overall, while many appreciated the revitalized atmosphere and commendable staff, others felt the need for continued improvement in service consistency and food quality. For a quick bite, this Burger King offers a gamble.

Kadeena, the general manager, welcomed me with exceptional customer service. I really appreciate the team she has put together for this location; they are doing a fantastic job at store 1198!
We ordered two big chicken sandwiches with fries and two Diet Cokes. Since there was no line, we were served quickly at the window. When I asked the young lady to repeat our order, she got it wrong. After correcting it, I paid and waited for our food. When she handed me a bag, I noticed she was about to walk away, so I grabbed her attention—she had forgotten the fries. After a few moments, she returned and threw a bag at me before closing the window. Knowing me, I took this as a challenge. I tapped on the window to get her attention again, but she just walked away. Eventually, a manager or assistant manager opened the window. I thanked her for coming to Burger King and wished her a great day, and then we left, while she seemed at a loss for words. Unfortunately, everything was cold, and I don't think we will be returning. If you're looking for a quick bite, I would suggest going somewhere else. Oh, and by the way, there was plenty of parking available, and the location is accessible.
I absolutely love how clean this place is when I get my burger! The staff is incredibly friendly too!
The staff were very polite, my food was hot and fresh, and the prices were reasonable. Thank you again!
