What Madison Squire likes about Zydeco's Cajun Kitchen Food Truck:
Tried the Po' Boy, half fried shrimp and half fried catfish. Everything tasted really fresh. The shrimp and catfish were cooked perfectly, very tender and not rubbery at all. The remoulade is the sauce of my dreams, so tangy and amazing! Will definitely be watching for when this food truck is back in town! View all feedback.
