When asking what I don't recommend about KFC, rude management should be an option! restaurants use to be good about fixing their mistakes to make their customers happy and keep them coming back. At Moberly KFC the manager treated my husband like the mistake they made was no big deal and our food being cold was our fault because he should have just called and complained about not getting all of our order instead of bringing it back. my husband had called 4 times and the manager said he didn't miss any calls but no matter what a trip back would have had to be made and food would have been cold when we got to eat. my husband asked them to take it back and give us a fresh order and they refused. we paid over $41 to eat cold food. We won't be back there.
Ordered tonight got there at 6:44 pm and ordered a 12-piece family meal they said they were out of the chicken and would not drop anymore to be fried so instead I got eight little pieces of chicken tenders a coleslaw mashed potatoes and gravy and no biscuits and was charged $26.24. when I got home I tried to call I tried seven times and each and every single time they hung up on me!!! calling a manager in the morning and they better fix this and do it right
