Restaurants used to be good at addressing their mistakes to ensure customer satisfaction and retain their clientele. However, at the Moberly KFC, the manager treated my husband as if the error they made was insignificant, suggesting that the cold food was our fault for not calling to complain about the missing items instead of bringing the order back. My husband had actually called four times, but the manager claimed he had missed no calls. Regardless, it seemed as though a return trip would be necessary, and our food would still arrive cold. When my husband requested a fresh order in exchange for the cold food, they outright refused. We spent over $41 on cold meals and will not be returning.

However, they informed me they were out of chicken and wouldn't be frying any more. Instead, I received just eight small chicken tenders, coleslaw, mashed potatoes with gravy, and no biscuits, all for $26.24. When I got home, I tried to call them seven times, but each time they hung up on me! I plan to call a manager in the morning, and I expect them to resolve this issue properly.
