We were the only people in the drive through at 11:30 and waited over 20 minutes for our food. Only took two bites of our sandwich because it was cold. When we asked where are order was they informed us they had just put the apple desserts in and it would be another 7 minutes. Pretty poor service and pretty poor attitudes from the employees. We are Arby’s fans, but I’d skip this one.
I think someone overheard a political conversation I was having with someone not related to the staff at all. I got home and our order was really screwed up.....coincidence??? Who knows????
Great experience! Every time I go to arbys management and employees are nice! They really really do their best even when they get really busy. I’ve never had an order messed up, all of you deserve a 5 star! Thanks for working so hard we as customers of Arbys really appreciate it.: I will be sure to come again when I want Arbys. Thank you all so much, experience was really great ️
Got the buffalo chicken wrap, so much sauce it leaked out and fell threw the bag in the parking lot before I got back to my truck. Went back in and told them “sorry about that would you like to make an order”..... yes original roast beef please. FML.
