Sabaku Sushi - Moab

While in Moab, we found this restaurant and gave it a try (I never had a good experience with vegan sushi and rolls since going vegan and was doubtful about the taste... . We chose different items (as we are a family of five and everything was SO GOOD! We particularly loved the Garden Veggie Rolls (inari, avocado, asparagus, cucumber, greens, tomato, ginger sauce and the Dream rolls (asparagus, avocado, inari, macadamia nuts, sweet sauce but everything was delicious from the miso soup and edamame to the Kappa Maki and Inari Sashimi.

The veggie garden roll and the mango roll were both delicious! more to choose than the usual avocado or castor.

Thanks to happy cow, we are here for dinner after a day of hiking many bakes. this is an attractive, chic and small restaurant. there are many vegan and vegetarian rolls. the salat and the house salad were great. a funny thing that I tried, they can surprise the sushi cook with a “Koch’s choice” roll. I ordered it and it was so beautiful. the chef put spruten, spinat, carrot, asparagus, avocado in the roll and topped it with a sriracha sauce and paper thin jalapeños. it was funny. that is a restaurant that every type of eater likes, including the eater.

Travel, while vegan is rarely easy, but sabaku made it so natural. her love for detail was perfect, the vegan freestyle roll was great! if they can manage dessert, the dessert roll is a must!

I would give it 5 stars, but app says that is reserved for just full vegan restaurants. very appreciated also the outside seats. the rolls were exceptional.
