I or... read more I had always wanted to try this restaurant, so I traveled 40 minutes one way to get there, haha. I arrived around 1 pm, and the restaurant was almost full. I ordered the udon I had my eye on! The broth had a Kyushu flavor and was delicious, but the best part was that the broth was served at the perfect temperature - not too hot, not too lukewarm. The katsudon was certainly tasty, but I wished it had a bit more crunch. The best part about this restaurant is the excellent customer service from the staff. They serve with a smile, and even the owner himself is at the register handling the payment. I was very impressed with their friendliness!

Self-service options like pickles were available. They also had fruit sandwiches which were delicious.

It's interesting to see that they have expanded to Vietnam as well, making it a global restaurant!
