Zhǎng Bāng ラーメン Xǐ Lè Wū

I visited the restaurant around 1 PM. It seems that for an additional 20 yen, you can have all-you-can-eat rice with set meals. There is kimchi on the table, so if you are young, you can probably eat as many servings as you want. However, I chose the gyoza set meal. The gyoza was delicious! They also offer take-out gyoza for 400 yen. The ramen was also tasty. The staff members were friendly as well.

We visited the restaurant with 6 people, including children! When the number of customers decreased, they kindly spread out the tables for us - it was nice! The gyoza set was delicious. The preparation of children's chairs, bowls, spoons, and forks was also appreciated. We would like to come back again!

When you eat Nagahama ramen in Nagahama, Fukuoka, it comes out with a very clear broth that is almost transparent. According to locals, there are many hits and misses. What is the true meaning? I don't really understand the definition of true Nagahama ramen, but there are many similar trademark shops scattered throughout Fukuoka city. There are also many shops in Saga Prefecture that display the Nagahama ramen sign. Mr. Miyoshi's soup is quite thick, Nagahama Ichiban's soup is light, and Kira-ya's soup is probably on the lighter side. I ordered a regular ramen. The soup, poured in row after row, only looks like a large amount of green onions, but there are 2 slices of chashu hidden underneath. I ordered soft noodles, which are my favorite. It's delicious, but there's something lacking. Thank you for the meal.

土曜日の11時半頃に行きました。早めに行って正解で、その後続々とお客さんが来ていました。人気のラーメン店です。 駐車場は20台程度、テーブル席、カウンター、座敷もあります。お水はセルフ、席で注文し、レジで支払います。すぐに注文を取りにきてくれます。ラーメン付きの定食かラーメン単品を頼む人で分かれてました。 煮卵ラーメン（並）600円を頼みました。長浜なので細麺でした。煮卵もですがチャーシューが美味しかったです。替玉もすぐ持ってきてくれて器に入れてくれます。 「めし食べ放題プラス20円」が気になるので、次は定食を食べにまた立ち寄ります。

餃子セット、頂きました。 空いた席は殆ど無く大賑わいです。 餃子も美味しかったです。 コチラの高菜、人気で何人ものお客さんがお土産で買われてました。 私も買わせてもらいました。 また寄らせてもらお。
