We were heading back home from black hills. Pulled into Mitchell because our GPS said Mitchell had a Starbucks. Got there and it was not open. Found Scooters. Was more expensive and the Blender was watered down. Our big diesel truck could barely fit in the drive through. Experience was fair but prefer Starbucks.
If you ask me the drinks are fine but don't go here if you want a breakfast burrito. They overcharged me for a horrible microwaved bacon breakfast burrito. The eggs were like plastic and the tortillas were dry.
They said they have boba, but when we asked if they do to make sure and they do not. I was extremely bummed because I have waited two years to try Boba, and I thought I finally found a place that makes it. We got smoothies instead, they were decent but melted quickly and got watery.
I use to loveeeeeeee scooters but then I moved to sd and experienced the worst customer service I do not even go here at all anymore due to how rude the service is .
I have gone here for three years. 83% of the orders they make for me are incorrect. The vast majority of the time I am deprived of product I paid for. Extra shots . I have reached out to customer service on the corporate level and got no where. Would not recommend Photo: a large carmalicious that was supposed to have two extra shots but has none.
