My daughter arrived and called at 6:49 to inform them she was ther... read more I placed an online order for pickup and received confirmation that it would be ready by 6:50. My daughter arrived and called at 6:49 to inform them she was there, but by 7:11, she was still waiting. I decided to call and inquire about the delay, only to be told that they were really busy and they transferred me to the bar. The bartender found my order just sitting there but wasn't sure how long it had been waiting. I asked her to check, as I didn't want food that had been sitting out too long. Then, another person got on the line and mentioned that they were very busy and suggested my daughter should have just come inside to pick it up. I firmly disagreed, stating, "What's the point of having a pickup service if it can't be executed properly?" I was told they had no control over online ordering, which prompted me to question the value of that service. I then requested a refund, but had to speak to yet another person who repeated that they couldn’t issue a refund because they have no control over the situation and continued to emphasize how busy they were. Ultimately, I was directed to speak with the general manager. He offered me a gift card, but I declined, insisting on a refund since I had a similar experience in the past without saying anything about it. Now, I will just have to wait and see if the refund actually happens. Ugh!

She claimed she was banning me for delivering an order that had been incorrectly packed by the staff. Despite being a DoorDash employee, I was blamed for the incorrect items I received. She even threatened to kick me out and said, "I never want to see your face here again." I felt threatened by her behavior, as she invaded my personal space and placed the blame on me for a mistake that wasn't mine. I've attached a picture of her.
