What Roberta Ponto doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
Went through the drive-through, placed our order, and proceeded to pay for our order. Paid for our order and received our drinks and then waited in line for a least 15 to 20 minutes for someone to bring out our order. Will not visit McDonald's until they get their act together . Brandon is the best worker McDonald's has!! He served me and my friends so quickly and efficiently. And we have obtained some free cookies:

The food I'm going to say was really good, no complaints there. We were raised, of course. After waiting for me to say about 15 minutes that a young guy who was very nice has apologised our drinks because they had not given us any straws, he said he would be right back. He was next to him when I asked for our food. You could say he had no idea. Now I'm going to say that in any way this becomes rude when ts all were treated very politely and who knows that they might train new people or just one day we had all been there, but they should have checked before they send this guy out. All n all my biggest complaint with Mitchell McDonald's is that they act like straws are a rare merchandise I'm never one that seems... always.

The Inn wanted to charge me $3 for a coffee, but I have a full breakfast for the same price here including a refillable coffee! Bad thing was my wife's sausage McMuffin and McCafe over $11!

They quickly made my to go drink after I went to the door and show them it said made and deliver to my car but wasn't.. I'm please with this McDonald's service
