Urban Cafe - Missouri

I should have took a picture. Was delicious. I had the Chicken Philly. Others got Biscuits and Gravy. Some kind of salad. All worth it!

I came early for lunch but food too come out 30 minutes. The vegetarian tacos were very mushy and unappetizing.

Friendly staff and I love atmosphere. When I went on a Saturday morning, there was live jazz being played by musicians using a vibraphone and bass. You order at the bar and they’ll bring your food to you. I got the urban bowl and it was pretty tasty and filling.

The steak eggs were incredible. So glad we found this place. Would highly recommend.

Came here for lunch on 7/21/22. Ordered the pork belly sandwich/sub fruit for fries. The pork belly was tender and juicy, with just the right hint of smoke. It was leaner than expected — very little fat for pork belly. The slaw was tangy, crisp and fresh. The fruit consisted of blackberries, bananas, strawberries and green apples. It was all fresh, ripe and sweet. Decent service. Will definitely come back.
