Booked indoor reservation by calling restaurant and talking with Samantha. When we arrived we were told they only had outdoor reservations. Samantha was rude and self righteous when I brought up that I spoke to her the night before and confirmed reservation. She said there must have been some confusion. This is my absolute favorite restaurant in Kansas City. Every aspect is perfect; from drinks, to food, to service. This is a KC gem of the highest degree.
Definitely not the Antler Room! I listened to Reddit for my choice on a birthday restaurant. Meals are small. Each pasta course has five pieces of pasta. Service is lackadaisical. Got my reservation for at 8:15. Didn’t get seated till after 8:40. When I placed my order I immediately told them to take one of the items off the order and they took the wrong item off. My husband and I wanted to try something new and the Antler Room fit the bill. The food and cocktails were fantastic and the service was wonderful. We will be back!
This has been, and always will be my favorite restaurant in town. The food is amazing and the wine pairings they offer are beyond phenomenal.
