Smashburger - Missouri

Ordered online and went to pick up but the store is closed. No signs, took my order and money and can’t contact them

20 minutes order in for 4 burgers. No one else in line but prioritizing online orders who are not present ahead of inside customers. The guy said it’s not 20 minutes and looked at his screen and it nearly was. Employees moving like snails and not even busy. Won’t order from here again simply since they wanted to argue.

Presentation was beautiful! The burgers are good! But the flavor is not all there. I don’t know what it’s missing. Maybe incorporating a famous sauce or something. I’m not necessarily a fan of oily fries, but the Rosemary fries are a great idea, I think the fries are also missing a key ingredient as well. Don’t get me wrong, Everything tasted good! I just think with a few changes it can taste great.

Stopped for lunch with 4 year old grand daughter along. Tuesday noontime. Not very busy, only a couple of other patrons. I had the veggie burger which was surprisingly better than expected. Young lady taking the order was great. Very helpful describing choices, polite and sweet. Will probably return based on uncrowded ness and good service.

Great experience. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Food was great. Veggies on the burger were fresh, nice red tomatoes and fresh onion. A few healthy options as well, which are always appreciated.
