Noodles And Company - Missouri

Walked in and they had all the tables tilted over. Person behind the counter said “TO GO ORDERS ONLY!” There was a couple sitting in the dining room at the only table not tilted over. No explanation. Just rudness.

Hours are listed incorrectly, drove about of my way only to be greeted by a locked door.

Ordered the buffalo chicken Mac. Not a fan of chicken all the time so I ordered it without. Normally they are pretty good about their food, however this time they didn’t add the buffalo sauce!!!! I literally had some kind of buttered noodles with shredded Parmesan cheese. Since that is one of their menu items if that’s what I wanted I would have ordered that, but I wanted some spiciness and got bland food. Had to add some stuff from home to get some flavor. My wife and I stopped in for a carry out order on our way home on a Saturday evening, probably around 6:45pm. I ordered the Spicy Korean noodles with extra beef and a cup of the tomato basil soup. My noodles were over-sauced, the meat was fatty. I was okay with both of those things, because it's cheapish fast food. The cup of tomato soup was a completely different story. I had a tasty Japanese udon noodle bowl with beef and mushrooms — great food made fast! I visited again today and Shanae was super friendly, polite, and helpful! She made for an awesome experience!
