I choose lion's over Arby's because Arby's is bad except for their curly fries and I guess Arby's chicken strips are aight but still this place is good and I could just eat a whole bottle of their horseradish sauce in one sitting. (So good! 5 stars. View all feedback.
What Nancy McCartney doesn't like about Lion's Choice:
The workers here do not double check the orders… I ordered a baked potato, didn’t ask me what toppings i wanted so I received a plain potato. Who just eats a plain potato?? They failed to provide a fork…. But since it was plain why would I need a fork anyway right. Also had to remind them of my kids missing drinks. Would have drove off with out them. This location always seems to disappoint me but yet I continue to go because it’s close: Most recent visit I ordered a turkey meal and when I got home realized they didn’t even give me fries. Disappointing.
Not sure if this is a Covid casualty, but the quality of this restaurant has gone way downhill. I’m probably not the only person who thinks this as the drive-through was completely empty at 7pm on a Wednesday night. The fries were rock hard and inedible… I’m guessing they were sitting around for a long time because lack of business. Monday afternoon. No one in drive through line. 3 cars in the parking lot. I go to drive through and the person asks me to wait which I found odd considering there was hardly any signs of business. So I waited…and waited… and waited. Sat for 3+ minutes and called out and still no answer so I left. Not worth the disrespect. Usually I have no problems going here however tonight was a mess. The drive through line took 30+ minutes to get through. and they forgot items from our order. It was really disappointing we were missing items (sandwiches!!! as the wait took forever. the kids in the drive thru had no idea what they were doing, and clearly weren’t paying attention to peoples orders.
Went to get lunch today for my grandma. They closed the inside and you must go through the drive thru. No line and still took 10 mins for someone to answer to take order. They were out of a few things and the shake machine has been broke all week. Waited 15 mins for food. Service was great but I’d just go to the chesterfield valley location
