Clean, delicious, remarkably friendly. This is great for fast, healthy, filling lunch on a weekday. We are pretty COVID-cautious and their staff let us sit where we preferred. The chicken schwarma sandwich was outstanding, as were the appetizers (hummus, spanakopitas, baba ganoush). Once the order got put on the counter to be bagged it took several more mins for one of the two waitresses to finally bag it and give it to me. They were not busy at all except for talking. Maybe 6 tables were being occupied by customers. Over 25 mins to get my food to go. Terrible service. View all feedback.
Hard with covid but service was mediocre here even before
Ordered the vegetarian feast entree and enjoyed it. It was enough for 2 people to split, since we're not huge eaters and it comes with rice and lentil soup. Hummus was delicious, and falafel was great, not dry like some places. It was supposed to come with dessert, but we didn't get that with ours.
A new favorite of mine in Kansas City: Jerusalem Cafe. I ordered the Shawarma Chicken Sandwich which came with a side of either rice or fries as well as your choice between a side Greek salad or side lentil soup. I will be back because of how spectacularly seasoned the rice was. The Greek salad was super fresh and dressed perfectly as well. Great place to grab lunch in the Westport area!
The best restaurant in KC. Highly recommended.... very nice staff
The food is amazing and service was as great. They were so helpful. We split the meal for 2 three ways and there was plenty of food.
