Service is always really good. The food can be really good but it depends on what you are in the mood for. I recommend the hamburgers and french onion soup. Nice environment as well. Edit: I added a star. Hamburger's are better than Granite City which used to be my favorite. Sweet potato fries were perfectly cooked and french onion soup is still a go to. Service can't be beat. Jake's is no comparison. View all feedback.
What Autumn S doesn't like about Ground Round Grill:
We ordered 2 appetizers, wings and pretzels, didn't like them, cheese sauce tasted old and was chunky like it had been sitting for awhile. The wings looked they were coated in oil and not hot sauce, was offered to a drink or something else to eat didn't offer to take them off the bill..that was irritating. Cook came out of the kitchen cussing, around children might I add. Never been here before…really disappointed an... View all feedback.

Went for lunch and was really disappointed. We used to have a Ground Round near us and we loved it. The food was cold and quite bland.
Wow. The service and the food was amazing. It was mine and my daughter's birthday and they sang to us.
